This is a nice little sweet hidden gem. It's pretty exclusive when you have to knock for entry and see a waiting line to get in. They can only hold so many, but once you're in, you're in! We were seated with another couple. They did ask if we minded at first. Since it wasn't a problem, we were able to get in a little sooner than we would've. Overall, we waited maybe 20-25 minutes. The vibe was so chill, laid back, and cozy. The cocktails were excellent! You could tell the bartender knew what they were doing. Definitely going back!
There is often a line out the door, but it's totally worth the wait for some pre-/post-dinner drinks. The speakeasy space is cool yet cozy. The staff was friendly and very knowledgeable. The drinks tasted amazing and the presentation was very chic. The vibe is 5-star.
It’s been a long time since the last time I had some really good drinks. Perfect place to start your night. The place is a bit small and crowded, there is a line outside to enter, but at least for us the wait wasn’t terrible and once in, the atmosphere and service are great!
Drastic Measures is a spectacular bar with a captivating speakeasy vibe. The entrance with an old-fashioned knock on the door if the light is green is a charming touch that sets the tone for a memorable experience. Inside, the dim lighting creates an intimate atmosphere that makes you forget about the outside world. The service throughout the visit was impeccable and made me feel like a valued guest. But the true standout at Drastic Measures is the creative and delicious drink menu. The mixologists have created fantastic cocktails that I've never tasted before. My personal favorite was the "College dropout," which tasted like a perfect mix of spices and alcohol. If you're looking for a sophisticated and enjoyable night out, Drastic Measures should be at the top of your list.
Drastic Measures has uniquely crafted cocktails. You can't easily find these cocktails on other menus. And yet they keep the costs down so you aren't paying outrageous prices despite the creativeness of the cocktails on the menu. There isn't a doubt in my mind why they got a James beard award nomination.
Had a wonderful experience, it is a beautiful bar. The server was very accommodating, and knowledgeable about the menu. Several members of the group were sober/not drinking for the evening and the server was capable of accommodating each of the group and their person mocktail tastes. Would absolutely come back again, and recommend anyone get their drinks here if they're looking for an upscale cocktail experience.
Visited the Drastic Mensches popup bar. Great drinks for a good cause! The Rugelach was by far my favorite.
